At Tiona Holiday Park, we believe in the magic of restoring old treasures. Our beach house, stands as a testament to this philosophy. There’s nothing more iconic or nostalgic than a retro Aussie beach house and we’re giving ours an overdue upgrade so that it ensures a promising future. We want the Beach House to be a hub of community at Tiona and our aim is to provide guests and locals with an unforgettable experience, blending nostalgia with modern comfort.

The plan is to transform this space into an incredible breakie, brunch or, “how about we stop here and grab a coffee” spot. A space that you can just as easily sit solo and read a book, or take your pooches on a play date, caffeine in hand. It’s a space to enjoy with friends, hang after a morning surf, or meet up at for an offsite client meeting. You can expect us to support local providers, other small businesses, and stock a great range of surf merch and homewares in case you happen to discover something that you ‘must take home’.

The vision is big and bold and we can’t wait to open. In the meantime you can stop by our food truck for your coffee hit and a damn good toastie.
