Two Unique Precincts — Beachside & Lakeside

Tiona is naturally divided into two distinct areas, connected by The Lakes Way coastal road.

Beachside

Home to direct beach access onto Seven Mile Beach and surrounded by the beauty of Booti Booti National Park, the Beachside precinct offers a relaxed coastal atmosphere perfect for surfers, beach lovers, families, and campers wanting to stay close to the ocean.

Lakeside

Backing directly onto Wallis Lake, the Lakeside precinct is framed by cabbage tree palms, calm waters, sunset picnic spots, and family-friendly swimming areas. This side of the park is also home to the swimming pool, Green Cathedral, Palms Pavilion Events Centre, guest lounge spaces, and more.
