Swimming Pool

Surrounded by swaying palms and open skies, the Tiona swimming pool is a relaxed, family-friendly space where holiday rhythm takes over. Children splash and play, while others unwind poolside under the shade of the trees. It’s simple, easy, and full of the sounds of summer.

Camp Kitchens

Our shared camp kitchens are where connection happens naturally. Cook, share stories, meet fellow travelers, or simply enjoy an easy meal after a day on the beach or lake. Designed for convenience and community, they make outdoor living effortless. Located on both the Lakeside and Beachside sections of the park.

Amenities & Convenience

Tiona offers four amenity blocks (showers and toilets) located throughout the property, ensuring facilities are always within a short, easy walk from wherever you’re staying. Clean, accessible, and well-spaced, they’re designed for comfort without compromising the natural setting.

Laundry

On the beachside, additional facilities including laundries make longer stays simple and convenient.

Wallis Lake Frontage

On the lakeside, you’ll find direct access to the calm waters of Wallis Lake — perfect for swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, or drifting into a sunset that feels like it was made just for you. Gentle, safe, and breathtakingly beautiful, it’s a place to slow everything down.

Direct Beach Access

A short walk through coastal bushland leads you straight onto Seven Mile Beach. Wide, wild, and ever-changing, it’s a place for early surf sessions, long walks, quiet reflection, and endless horizon views. No roads, no rush — just nature.

Live Music & Seasonal Activities

During long weekends and school holidays, Tiona comes alive. Think live music under the palms, guided National Park walks, SUP hire on the lake, morning yoga sessions, and relaxed community experiences designed to bring people together without losing the peace of place. The beach house cafe

The Beach House Cafe is Tiona’s relaxed coastal heart — a place where ocean air drifts in with your morning coffee and long, unhurried lunches stretch into the afternoon. Set just moments from Seven Mile Beach, it’s where guests gather barefoot after a swim, families refuel between adventures, and travellers pause to soak up the simple pleasure of good food in a truly special setting. Open daily for breakfast and lunch, the café serves fresh, approachable meals alongside great coffee, making it an easy part of your holiday rhythm. Whether you’re starting your day with sunrise over the dunes or winding down after time on the lake, the Beach House Cafe is where you can sit back, slow down, and savour the moment.

Palms Pavillion Event Centre

Nestled between the white sands of Seven Mile Beach, and the cabbage tree palm studded shore of Wallis Lake, The Palms Pavilion is a boutique wedding venue like no other!

The venue lies metres from the edge of Wallis Lake, with unobstructed views west, allowing you access to one of the only places on the east coast of Australia that you can witness a sunset over water – The icing on the cake to your magical day. Behind you, the Pacific Ocean crashes along the beach, and beside you, this little stretch of paradise is flanked by the iconic palm forest of Booti Booti National Park.

The venue was architecturally designed to make the most of the natural light, premium waterfront location, and grassed terrace on the foreshore, with a simple interior, allowing you the perfect space to add your signature touch.

The Pavilion can comfortably host between 120 and 140 guests sit down, and up to 200 guests cocktail style, offering total privacy and exclusivity.

Palms Pavilion is located adjacent to Tiona Holiday Park, where guests can be accommodated in cabins and glamping tents, and is right next to The Green Cathedral – a natural ceremony site complete with wooden pews and enclosed by the palm forest, less than 50 metres from the venue
